Brokerage, advisory and claim support assignments are governed by the agreed terms and the specific scope of services.
Individual assignment
The type, scope, objective and remuneration of advice or claim support are agreed transparently before work starts. Services outside insurance placement may be agreed on a fee basis.
No guarantee of outcome
No specific insurance cover, premium, liability percentage or compensation can be guaranteed. The contract, facts, evidence, law and decisions of the parties involved are decisive.
Out-of-court activity
Compensation and settlement claims are supported only out of court within the agreed and legally permitted scope. We do not provide court representation.
Documents and cooperation
The client must provide complete and correct information, contracts, evidence, photographs, expert reports and correspondence in time. Deadlines must be explicitly disclosed.
